Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?

Playtime is take a break to get more positives and peace vibes to reach our another activity. For adults, playtime is hobbies, interests to exercise and sports.

Benefits of playtime for adults:

  1. Encourage Physical Activity. Many people do working by sitting in front of computers, tables and gadgets in the office. Almost 9 hours do typing, searching, writing, editing for technology devices. Many people don’t exercise frequently enough because they don’t enjoy it. Even though physical activity such as exercise helps stimulate metabolism. Exercise is also support for body to long-term health and disease prevention. I usually do walking, running, swimming, riding, simple yoga and free exercise at home.
  2. Relaxing. Many schedule and busy duty make it stressful. Relaxation can be one of the healthiest things to incorporate into your everyday life. Stress has been linked to many health complications or mental health. When the stress hormone — called cortisol — is elevated, it also be a reduced amount of serotonin and dopamine present, and that has been linked to depression. Relaxation is like deep breathing to help steady mind and calm body, meditation by praying and reading Qur’an and motivation and inspiration quotes to take positive vibes, positive feeling, peace area and throw away negativity.
  3. Improve brain health. As we get older we need to play brain sharpening games like puzzles, matching, sorting, pattern game, letter game, and another. Playing help reduce stress, improve emotional well-being and optimize physical health, adults should focus on ways to incorporate more play into their daily life so they can continue to experience excellent brain health.
  4. Boosts intimacy in relationships. Relationship quality predicts happiness. Further research has found that laughter and keep relation with people we love and trust such as partner, children or lovely family between par is a key in relationship well-being.
